Responsibilities:

• Evaluating as-is and to-be business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Performing in-depth requirements analysis
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Documenting and communicating requirements and solutions
• Working closely with clients and managerial staff
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in business analysis in the Fintech industry
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
