Your Mission & Your role
We are looking for a project manager (Embedded systems). In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and closing of embedded system projects. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget. Your expertise in embedded systems will be pivotal in guiding the technical aspects of the project and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required skills include:
- Deep understanding of embedded systems architecture and components
- Proven experience in project management within the embedded systems industry
- Proficient with embedded software development/testing tools and methodologies:
- Regarding Languages for Software Knowledge, strong background on:
- C/C++
- TNSDL
- Java
- Assembly
- Linus
- Intel Microcode/uCode
- Makefile Laguange
- Perl
- TCL
- Regarding Testing Knowledge, strong background on:
- Code coverage test practices
- Test phases and scope: module, unit, functional, validation, regression
- Test setups and configurations
- Test scripts and tools
- Ability to design test cases compatible with Nokia’s test environment - Must get familiar with Nokia’s test environment (nice to have)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Location: Tunisia
