Main Responsibilities
In collaboration with general management and interaction with the technical teams, your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development in website and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Maintaining communications with partners
- Establish, and nurture client relationships with a proven track record of converting opportunities
- Assisting in creating communication materials (product briefs, brochures, visuals, etc.)
- Tracking conversions and implementing acquisition strategies
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, specifically for the Canadian market
- Leverage data and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance, customer conversion rates, and overall acquisition effectiveness
- Manage the digital acquisition budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and optimize performance
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail marketing, etc.)
- Conduct competitors analysis, including prices, product sales and sales campaigns, as well as marketing and distribution methods.
Profile and Required Skills
With a higher education degree, you have at least 3-4 years of experience defining and implementing a marketing strategy in a B2B context, particularly for products with a technological component.
Job Requirements
- Experience in IT development companies, ERP sales, or CMMS would be an advantage
- Solid knowledge of SEO
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console ...
- Proficiency on WordPress
- Social media management (mainly LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (and video editing )
- Fluent in English
- Strong writing skills for drafting commercial content
- Comfortable working independently in a multidisciplinary team
- Initiative in handling various communication activities
- Experience in the Canadian or African markets would be a plus
