**Country Manager for ShareVest Realty Tunisia**
**1. Role Overview**
The Country Manager for ShareVest Realty Tunisia will be responsible for launching, growing, and managing our real estate business in Tunisia. This is a unique, performance-based role where compensation is directly linked to sales, revenue, and milestones achieved. The Country Manager operates as an independent entrepreneur, leveraging the ShareVest brand, tools, and support network to achieve business objectives. **2. Role Objectives & Key Responsibilities**
**Business Development & Deal Sourcing**
- Identify profitable real estate investment opportunities, including property sales, management, and development deals.
- Build partnerships with landlords, property developers, and investors.
- Develop and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
**Sales & Revenue Generation**
- Close brokerage deals for property sales, commercial leases, and investment projects.
- Grow the property management portfolio with long-term contracts for residential and commercial properties.
- Identify development opportunities and work with property developers to create joint ventures.
**Operations & Team Management**
- Hire and manage a small team of real estate agents, property managers, and support staff (all commission-based or task-based).
- Manage daily business operations with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee and report KPIs, sales targets, and operational goals.
**Brand Building & Marketing**
- Launch a local marketing strategy to attract property owners, buyers, and investors.
- Utilize social media, online platforms, and cross-referrals from ShareVest subsidiaries.
- Promote the "ShareVest Realty" brand in Tunisia to establish it as a leader in real estate.
**3. Compensation & Earning Structure**
This position is 100% performance-based, with no fixed salary. However, the earning potential is unlimited. The Country Manager’s earnings will be tied to the sales and revenue generated from property transactions, management contracts, and development deals. The compensation is task-based and milestone-driven, ensuring incentives are fully aligned with performance.
