Job purpose:
Ensures the tickets treatment through the corporate helpdesk platform. Ensures an ongoing monitoring of IT devices over shifts through Coficab's platforms (NMS) and raises tickets in case of issues. Manages the corporate helpdesk platform through ITIL best practices. Provides first level support for all Coficabians.
Main Activities:
- Ensures efficient problems resolutions by providing first level support for tickets over the following platforms : AD, O365, Hybrid exchange.
- Follows up the ITIL processes (incident, change and problem management).
- Monitors IT devices (servers, firewalls, switches, routers,…). Raises tickets and communicates with the local IT Teams in case of issue detection.
- Correlates logs and alerts to ensure a smooth incident troubleshoot and root cause identification.
- Detectes, analyses, and investigates cyber threats
- Reviews corporate IT KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement programs/plans to improve system reliability & performance, operational productivity and IT service levels while optimizing operating and capital expenses.
Educational Background (or equivalent level) :
- Engineering/Masters Degree in IT
Required Experience :
- 1-3 years in similar position
