Manager and Community Manager
or a passionate, proactive Content Manager and Community Manager with a creative vision to manage our digital platforms and online presence.
This role combines strategic content creation, community management, and performance analysis to enhance visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Manage social media communities, engage with users, and build relationships.
- Monitor campaign metrics to analyze performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in communication and branding.
- Propose new ideas to drive interaction and retain the audience.
Requirements:
- 5-20 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- C1-level English proficiency, additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
- Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Strong communication, creativity, and writing skills.
- Knowledge of social media analysis and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
