Roles & Responsibilities

MISSION Your main mission will be to take charge of the maintenance and evolution of an internal NeoXam application for consolidating billing consulting. Accompanied by a team of experts, you will participate in:

Needs analysis: collect, understand, and formalize the needs expressed by clients or internal teams, while identifying the impacts on existing solutions;

Design and configuration: contribute to the configuration of NeoXam software packages, the implementation of management rules, data flows, and reporting processes;

Development and adaptation: carry out simple adjustments, manipulate financial data, and participate in the automation of processes or reports;

Testing and validation: prepare and execute test scenarios, analyze anomalies, verify the coherence of results, and contribute to acceptance testing phases;

Documentation: draft functional and technical documents related to configurations, procedures, management rules, and project deliverables;

Deployment and support: participate in solution deployment, assist end-users, and contribute to processing feedback or incidents;

Project collaboration: work with multidisciplinary teams in an international context, communicating clearly and structuredly.

This mission will allow you to develop a dual technical and functional skill set, at the intersection of IT, financial data, and client consulting.

You are preparing for a Bac+3 (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science and have initial foundations in algorithmic thinking, object-oriented programming, SQL, and relational databases.

You enjoy teamwork, clear communication, understanding user needs, and finding concrete solutions.

You are organized, detail-oriented, autonomous in your research, and motivated by continuous learning.

An interest in finance, data, or reporting topics would be appreciated.
