وصف الوظيفة: نحن نبحث عن موظف توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات يمتلك خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مع خلفية قوية في التوظيف ضمن السوق الفرنسية. ستتولى مهمة تحديد الملفات الشخصية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الاقتراب منها، وتقييمها (المطورون، المستشارون، مديرو المشاريع، إلخ)، إجراء المقابلات بموارد بشرية، ودعم المرشحين طوال عملية التوظيف.
ملف المرشح المطلوب
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- إتقان ممتاز لاستراتيجيات البحث (LinkedIn Recruiter، إلخ).
- معرفة جيدة بسوق تكنولوجيا المعلومات الفرنسي.
- مهارات تواصل قوية، تنظيمية، واستقلالية.
- إتقان اللغة الفرنسية، المحكية والمكتوبة.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description: We are looking for an IT Recruitment Officer with at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong background in sourcing within the French market. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and qualifying IT profiles (developers, consultants, project managers, etc.), conducting HR interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Excellent mastery of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Good knowledge of the French IT market.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and autonomy.
- Mastery of French, both spoken and written.
