The position is part of a transformation towards a more sustainable industry. The eco-design and LCA engineer plays a key role in integrating environmental issues into product design and development processes. The final goal of the position is to deploy the eco-design methodology, carry out LCA analyses, and support internal teams and clients. Accompany the development of innovative products by integrating eco-design principles and carrying out life cycle analyses, in order to reduce the environmental impact of solutions offered by Hutchinson Tunisia.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Academic Level: BAC + 5: Engineer in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or environmental engineering
• Professional Experience: 2-3 years in a similar position or related to industrial sustainability
• Technical Skills: Ability to drive change and interact at all levels of the company. Leadership in an international environment. Mastery or ability to learn recommended LCA software
• Languages: French / English
• Behavioral Skills: Autonomy, attention to detail, sense of responsibility and commitment. Rigor, sense of organization, excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Good transversal communication. Relational skills and teamwork ability. Taste for innovation, adaptability and flexibility.
