As part of strengthening our CBS (Core Business Services) department, we are recruiting a rigorous and organized Financial Officer, capable of contributing effectively to the company's daily financial operations, while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory obligations, to join our Finance & Management Control team.

Main Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Treasury

• Ensure monitoring of current financial operations.
• Participate in treasury management and financial flow control.
• Perform bank reconciliations and analyze any discrepancies.
• Contribute to the preparation of regular financial reporting.

Supplier and Payment Management

• Ensure processing and monitoring of supplier payments.
• Check the compliance of supporting documents before payment.
• Monitor due dates and ensure compliance with payment deadlines.
• Participate in optimizing the payment management process.

Tax and Regulatory Obligations

• Prepare and establish withholding taxes.
• Carry out withholding tax declarations via the Tej platform.
• Ensure compliance with current tax and regulatory obligations.

Financial Analysis

• Participate in the analysis of financial data and the development of monitoring indicators.
• Contribute to the identification of discrepancies and the proposal of corrective actions.
• Assist the team in preparing the financial analyses necessary for decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile sought:

• Minimum Bac+3 degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good command of financial management and financial analysis principles.
• Experience in preparing and monitoring bank reconciliations.
• Knowledge of supplier payment management processes.
• Experience in establishing and declaring withholding taxes via the Tej platform.
• Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
