Roles & Responsibilities
Leading HSE missions and engaging the dedicated team in their implementation
Manage the skills development plan for your team through training and support, translate the vision into operational objectives, and conduct performance evaluations.
Managing the HSE management system, including the deployment of the Safran HSE manual, updating associated documentation, and performance management.
Supporting and advising UO/site management in the deployment of the HSE policy and in achieving the set objectives
Manage HSE reporting at Group and company level, contribute to associated projects and ensure necessary interactions (benchmarks, exchange of practices, coordination points)
Deploy Safran's HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and drive the improvement of HSE maturity
Supporting UO/site management in identifying and complying with regulatory and other applicable requirements.
To manage the implementation of HSE tools, methodologies and procedures while seeking optimization and efficiency.
Lead the development and implementation of the HSE Operational Progress Plan (POP'SSE)
Supporting operational staff in the preparation and implementation of local POP'SSE
Representation and facilitation of the HSE dynamic
To represent management during visits by local authorities, Group bodies, and audits
Contribute to the organization and facilitation of internal HSE events, promoting awareness and engagement
Actively participate in CSST meetings, providing technical support and monitoring the actions decided upon.
