Job Details


Reporting to the Group Management, you will assume full responsibility for this plant and manage its industrial, financial, and human performance. In this role, you will:

  • Define and deploy the site's industrial strategy, ensuring safety, quality, cost, time, and profitability.
  • Manage production through key industrial KPIs (productivity, scrap, OTIF, continuous improvement)
  • Manage all site functions (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, HSE, Finance and HR)
  • Support the organization's transformation by developing team autonomy and operational excellence.
  • Lead investment, industrialization, and continuous improvement projects to strengthen the site's competitiveness.
  • D. Develop a constructive social dialogue and maintain close relationships with headquarters and local stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

With a higher education degree, ideally from an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of experience managing a production site. You have demonstrated your ability to sustainably improve plant performance, lead transformations, manage a profit center, and support teams in demanding environments. Accustomed to international organizations, you know how to balance local autonomy with the demands of headquarters. A hands-on leader, you are recognized for your leadership, your ability to unite teams, make decisions, and establish a lasting culture of responsibility, performance, and continuous improvement. Fluency in English is essential.
