Analyze the impact of raw material stockout alerts. Manage PLM data and bill of materials (BoM PCA) reviews. Provide support for monitoring strategic raw material stocks. Act as PMO for specific areas in case of recurring or major issues. Implement process definitions and RACI for governance (LBO cost vs. redesign cost). Collect all LBO stocks, define the strategy (transfer to distribution or maintain at Safran VEX). LBO strategy. Monitor stocks at VEX or subcontractors (sub-tier), and collaborate with programs on obsolescence-related claims if necessary (call-off agreements).
