Job : Data Entry Administrator

Report to:  Marketing Manager

Location: Tunis , Tunisia

Overview of Role: Administration for the marketing team.

Principle Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing entry, control, and maintenance of all campaign data (product specifications, pricing updates)
• Performs data entry of campaign information (Mail order campaign and email campaign) through custom software applications (Oracle in particular) ; responsible for accuracy and efficiency
• Reviews discrepancies in data and take corrective actions; requests clarification Marketing Assistant based in Bordeaux where needed, to make sure all marketing offers are loaded at the time each Marketing campaign is sent to customers.
• Interacts with customer service team members on matters affecting data entry to ensure products and pricing are accessible for data entry purposes in Ireland

What we need from you:

• High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accountability for efficient and accurate data entry
• Perform high-quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
• Knowledge of word processing, and basic spreadsheet; proficient in computer troubleshooting, email and navigation; working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Outlook
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent English organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
