Digital Marketing Associate to manage social media posting and website content optimization.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Manage social media posts across various channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Meta, followed by Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Posting: Post blogs and other content on the website, ensuring that it is optimized for search engines and effectively communicates the brand’s message.
- Newsletter Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize newsletter sign-ups on the website, driving an increase in pipeline and subscriber engagement.
- Design Editing: Edit and refine marketing designs in Figma to align with brand guidelines and campaign needs.
- Data Integration & Reporting: Utilize Databox and Slack integration with HubSpot to monitor key marketing metrics and generate reports that inform data-driven decision-making.
- Marketing Automation (Nice to Have): Track and manage HubSpot automations, including demo forms and lead nurturing workflows, to ensure a smooth and effective marketing funnel.

- Increased Social Media Engagement: Consistent and engaging social media presence that drives brand awareness and community interaction across targeted platforms.
- Effective Content Management: High-quality and optimized blog posts that enhance website traffic and audience engagement.
- Growth in Newsletter Sign-Ups: Implementation of strategies that result in a measurable increase in newsletter sign-ups and lead generation.
- Smooth Marketing Automation: Efficient management of HubSpot automations, resulting in streamlined lead nurturing and improved conversion rates.
- Creative & Brand-Aligned Designs: Production of visually appealing marketing materials that reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.
- Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing and posting on social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Meta. Experience with Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter is a plus.
- Content Management: Experience in posting content on websites.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HubSpot and its integration is highly advantageous. Basic design editing skills in Figma are required.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track and interpret key marketing metrics, using data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
