We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team in Tunis. In this role, you will act as a key partner to the Finance and Supply Chain teams, focusing on driving process efficiency, implementing digital solutions, and translating complex operational data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making across Tunisia and Libya.
Your role:
Reporting to the Finance & Supply Chain team, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Process Analysis & Digitalization
Map and analyze current-state business processes within Finance and Supply Chain to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and key areas for improvement.
Identify, evaluate, and propose opportunities for digitalization, automation (e.g., RPA), and system integration to streamline operations.
Support the documentation of 'to-be' processes and assist in change management activities for the rollout of new digital tools or process changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for new technical solutions.
2. Performance Tracking & Digital KPIs
Dashboarding: Design, update, and automate dynamic dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, cycle times, and digital adoption.
Impact Measurement: Monitor the performance and ROI of key digitalization projects and flag risks or opportunities to the management team.
Data Analysis: Process and analyze datasets from Finance and Supply Chain systems to identify operational trends, cost savings opportunities, and potential process anomalies.
3. Operational Excellence
Support the preparation of periodic Business Reviews and executive presentations, focusing on operational and financial efficiency metrics.
Assist in maintaining and optimizing data governance standards for key Finance and Supply Chain datasets.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to process data, map complex processes, and translate technical insights into clear business recommendations.
Languages: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Proactive and curious mindset, with a strong interest in technology and automation.
Ability to communicate process and data analysis simply to non-technical stakeholders.
