Participate in Risk Analysis and classify the criticality of industrialization. Participate in the analysis of product manufacturability and inspectability. Participate in the development of the industrialization plan. Participate in process risk analysis (e.g., process FMEA). Draft manufacturing, inspection, assembly, and test procedures. Draft acceptance test procedures. Implement production bills of materials in the ERP. Draft workstation documentation, product packaging, and preservation specifications. Complete the DVI-PPAP form with all necessary elements for establishing the surveillance plan. Carry out planned actions to mitigate identified risks. Actively assist in the manufacturing of the first products under conditions representative of series production. Support production teams to master the product/process combination. Ensure feedback on initial manufacturing regarding product definition, manufacturing process, and production means. Participate in the assessment of series production readiness. Assist in the manufacturing and control of FAI products. Consolidate data from pre-capability studies (in conjunction with DEV Quality if applicable). Participate in the review of process risk analysis (e.g., process FMEA). Contribute to the action plan to resolve non-conformities identified during the manufacturing and control of FAI products. Participate in project progress monitoring routines with the industrialization project team (e.g., Visual Planning, OBEYA). Participate, if necessary, in technical analyses and expert opinions related to product and/or process issues.
