Job :
Reporting to the Legal Manager, you will perform legal secretarial tasks and process minutes from General Meetings. Your main duties will be:
- Legal secretarial work for client companies
- Complete management of annual legal secretarial duties for client companies.
- Handling legal formalities with registries and administrations.
- Tracking and updating clients' legal files.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory deadlines for the companies managed.
- Administrative support and client relations
- Answering phone calls and directing clients of the firm.
- Managing administrative mail, emails, and sending legal documents.
- Preparing and following up on files for accounting and legal staff.
- Managing the interface between the accounting, legal departments, and the firm's chartered accountants.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in accounting, finance, or management
- Good knowledge of company law and common legal procedures.
- Solid basics in general accounting and administrative management.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Very good command of the French language, both written and spoken.
- Thoroughness, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Discretion and absolute respect for the confidentiality of information handled.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Team spirit, service orientation, and good interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and sense of responsibility.
