Job Title: Project Coordinator – Production & Marketing Operations Location: Tunis, Tunisia Reporting to: Senior Creative Operations Manager Overview of Role:
The Project Coordinator manages project requests from Marketing and Design through production, ensuring timelines, tasks, and communications are properly tracked in Jira. This role serves as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to keep projects moving efficiently from intake to completion.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Jira tickets (MO, POC, email, digital) from request intake to final delivery
- Review and groom incoming requests, assign complexity, and ensure completeness
- Assign production tasks based on priority, workload, and expertise
- Track progress, manage timelines, and follow up on blocked or missing information
- Coordinate production-related tasks, including POC and MO letters
- Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and project status reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for production workflows and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and cross-team handoffs (Marketing, Design, Copy)
- Schedule and run kick-off meetings, stand-ups, and project checkpoints
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination
- Strong experience with Jira or similar ticketing/project management tools
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English, written and spoken
