Job :
Reporting to the Head of the Sales Department, your tasks are:
· Administrative management of orders: entry, tracking, and validation of orders.
· Coordination with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure the smooth running of sales.
· Tracking delivery times.
· Receiving and handling customer calls and emails.
· Tracking payments and customer reminders in collaboration with the accounting department.
· Manage the follow-up of orders in backlog.
Required profile :
You have a minimum Bac+3/5 (3-5 years of higher education) qualification in sales and/or IT, with a strong interest in new information and communication technologies, especially Telecom/IT, good interpersonal skills, perfect command of the French language (spoken and written) and a good level of English.
You have previous experience in a similar role.
You are proactive and have a customer-oriented mindset. You know how to develop a sector and manage customer relationships with the aim of building loyalty.
