Job :
- Ensure all group activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Advise internal departments on legal matters.
- Draft, analyze, and monitor commercial and operational contracts.
- Guarantee the compliance of contractual commitments.
- Manage potential or existing disputes with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate actions with external lawyers and advisors.
- Prepare and support the company's defense before courts or dispute resolution bodies.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes regularly.
- Inform management and relevant teams about new developments affecting the company.
Required profile :
• Master's degree in Law, Business Law, or Commercial Law.
• 3/5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, in a law firm, or in an industrial company.
• Mastery of business law, contract law, labor law, and related legal fields.
• Good ability to interpret and apply legislation and case law;
• Knowledge of the agri-food sector, and ideally the canning field (an advantage)
• Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
