Context and Team
The PAC team, a crucial part of the Client Services department, provides Murex customized external client technical support for the Europe, Middle East and Africa business units. We are actively seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing client satisfaction with the current MX.3 platform by constantly following on cases that require high technical problem-solving skills. You will have to ensure that best practices are applied to production environments, and you will have the opportunity to work on and oversee a diverse range of non-functional requirements in implementation and upgrade projects. If you have relevant technical experience, we expect you to have:
·Programming Skills: Java or C and any interpreted language.
·Database Skills: SQL query building and performance analysis (Database administration skills for Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL are a plus).
·Operating Systems power user skills: Linux – Bash scripting.
·Familiar with Java profiling tools
·Proficient in Java debugging tools to diagnose issues related to threads, heap dumps and garbage collection.
·Familiar with any performance testing tool.
·Ability to analyze Java thread dumps.
