- Mastery of minute cooking (meats, fish, seafood) with precision and consistency
- Ability to manage varied and simultaneous orders , typical of the card service
- Excellent knowledge of plating , with an aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Rigorous application of technical specifications , while guaranteeing speed and quality.
- Adaptation to specific customer requests (allergies, cooking methods, modifications)
- Effective coordination with other departments to ensure smooth and synchronized dispatch
- Managing service timing to avoid waiting times and ensure customer satisfaction
- Mastery of fresh produce and ability to enhance the value of quality ingredients
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the map (suggestions, optimization of preparations)
