  • Mastery of minute cooking (meats, fish, seafood) with precision and consistency
  • Ability to manage varied and simultaneous orders , typical of the card service
  • Excellent knowledge of plating , with an aesthetic sense and attention to detail
  • Rigorous application of technical specifications , while guaranteeing speed and quality.
  • Adaptation to specific customer requests (allergies, cooking methods, modifications)
  • Effective coordination with other departments to ensure smooth and synchronized dispatch
  • Managing service timing to avoid waiting times and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Mastery of fresh produce and ability to enhance the value of quality ingredients
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the map (suggestions, optimization of preparations)
