Roles & Responsibilities

1. Operational management and performance. 

Follow the SQCD KPIs of the scope and update the centralized PDCA with the Activity Manager.

Ensure the proper execution of production and adherence to the schedule and priorities.

Ensure the application of production and quality standards (start-up sheets, N1 maintenance, concrete tonnage...).

Ensure compliance through traceable quality audits and contribute to the 5S+1 approach.

Participate in management routines and continuous improvement projects.

2. Coordination et interface

Ensure coordination with support services (quality, methods, maintenance, logistics...).

Collaborating with HPT island facilitators and quality agents to optimize versatility.

Ensure the formal handover between teams (takeover/position).

3. Support manag rial de proximit

Supervise and coach the operators on a daily basis.

Participate in team meetings and facilitate group activities.

To provide support in problem-solving.

Gather suggestions for team improvement.

4. Skills development and HR management

To contribute to the development of versatility and technical level of teams.

Participate in recruitment interviews and operator evaluations with the Activity Manager.

Enforce internal regulations, particularly during integration processes.

To ensure a calm and motivating work environment.

Facilitating team meetings.
