Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.

• Prepare the machines according to the standards communicated by the production manager.
• Implement the production process according to the communicated instructions.
• Ensure the preparation of necessary ingredients with analytical controls.
• Ensure the necessary preparations for the operation of all machines and ensure compliance with operating parameters.
• Handle and closely monitor the drying operation, respecting all applicable instructions.
• Handle and closely monitor the progress of the packaging operation, respecting the applicable instructions.
• Analyze the samples according to the instructions provided by production management.
• Actively participate in analyses in case of deviation
• Carefully complete the fermentation, filtration, drying, packaging, preparation, CIP, and all other traceability tracking sheets.
• Ensure the equipment is prepared in case of maintenance intervention and carefully supervise the activity with those involved.
• Ensure inspection rounds of workshops, equipment and clear deviations and actively participate in the correction of anomalies with the Team Leader.
• Actively participates in the versatility program within the production management.
• To provide interim coverage in case of absence or leave of colleagues in order to ensure continuity of production.

Desired Candidate Profile

Industrial maintenance technician, electromechanical or equivalent: Minimum education level Baccalaureate.

• Good level of proficiency in using IT tools.
• Good level of French.
• Knowledge of equipment.
• Ability to work in a team.
