Job :

Reporting to the Supply Manager, you will ensure the monitoring and availability of stock and its compliance with fuel and LPG management standards, and you will comply with regulations regarding safety stock and customs regulations.

Main tasks



• Prepare and validate sales forecasts over a rolling 12-month period with Commercial Departments.
• Prepare and validate sales forecasts, etc...
• Ensure the proper consumption/elimination of residual sales forecasts.
• Analyze the reliability of sales forecasts and issue the sales forecast reliability indicator.
• Lead the monthly sales forecast monitoring meeting involving operations and commercial departments.
• Perform recurring IT extractions: sales by item, stock valuation, etc...
• Calculate the fuel supply requirement for the month.
• Prepare and plan fuel orders and attend programming meetings with the national programmer.
• Ensure supplies by monitoring boat movements and SOTRAPIL schedules.
• Guarantee the needs for tool stocks and safety stocks and monitor supply budgets.
• Propose adequate solutions in case of problems (shortages, scarcity, or others...).
• Monitor key indicators: service rate, stock level, propose and implement action plans in case of deviations.
• Analyze shortage risks, seek solutions with sales, transport, and the Supply Manager.
• Analyze logistics flows from various dashboards and propose supply chain optimization actions (supply, sites, transport).
• Create and update logistics and financial dashboards.
• Complete the documentation/procedures for the various SCM steering processes.
• Provide support for crisis management.
• Prepare and monitor DGH files (decisions and authorizations for Safety Stock Transfer, capacity rental, general submissions, safety bonus, etc.) with the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons to comply with current regulations.
• Prepare and monitor administrative files (capacity rental, storage, etc.) with various administrations and service providers (DGH, OMMP, STIR, TANKMED, etc...).
• Check and approve supplier invoices: STIR, SOTRAPIL, Competitors, etc....
• Enter monthly orders for various white products by site, updating prices in the system.
• Monitor and archive supply contracts and manage their renewal upon expiry.
• Centralize and enter physical inventories of remote depots.
• Establish monthly material balances.
• Produce monthly reports on petroleum product stock variances, check variances identified after material balances, and alert relevant individuals for correction.
• Occasionally provide cover for Supply department personnel as organized by the Supply Manager.





Required profile :

Engineer in industrial engineering, Supply chain, or logistics.
1 to 2 years of experience in Supply & Logistics.
Advanced Excel and Power BI (essential).
• ERP (SAP).
• Supply Reporting and KPIs.
• Knowledge of the country's context and regulations regarding fuel supply.
• Organization, anticipation, reactivity, and stress management.
• Listening, communication, availability, and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamism, rigor, initiative, and adaptability.
• Cross-functional coordination, analytical and synthesis skills.
