Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the design, development and maintenance of IT applications within the Web scope

To supervise and lead a team of developers (Java, C#, Angular, etc.)

To guarantee the quality, performance, security and compliance of application solutions with Group standards

Supervise projects carried out internally and those entrusted to external partners

Managing the web applications for the Safran Tunisia campus (3 sites)

Supporting internal clients in expressing their needs

Perform functional and technical analyses

To finalize application architecture choices

Plan and monitor development projects through to deployment and maintenance in operational condition.

Ensure compliance with the Group's commitments, technical standards and IT norms

Leading cross-functional projects

Ensuring continuous technological monitoring in web development and digitalization

Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and application solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

Mastery of application architecture principles and information systems

Knowledge of common web technologies and version control tools

Mastery of the fundamentals of application security

Ability to analyze and model business needs

Drafting of complete functional and technical specifications

Managing the acceptance testing phases and ensuring the quality of external services

Web project management, particularly using agile methodologies

Leadership and ability to mentor and develop a team of developers

Coordination of internal and external stakeholders

Autonomy and proactive approach

Excellent communication and persuasive skills
