Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintains accurate supplier and article master databr>

- Checks Material Requirements Planning (MRP) results and sends orders to suppliersbr>

- Tracks supplier deliveries, identifies bottlenecks and escalates risk of shortagesbr>

- Ensures optimum stock level for raw materials and takes actions to avoid and reduce excess/obsoletes, etc.br>

- Supports technical changes by ensuring ordering/deliveries of new componentsbr>

- Supports the supplier integration (localization, consignment agreements, logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.)br>

- Develops and maintains regular contact with suppliersbr>

- Regularly reviews the supplier delivery performance evaluationbr>

- Supports the stock-take and cycle counting processes in the plant

Desired Candidate Profile

• Level of Education : Engineer / Master's Degree
• Field of Study: Industrial Engineering / Logistics or equivalent
• Experience: 1 year of experience is appreciated
• Language : French & English
• IT: Microsoft Office
• Social competences: Communication, social & intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork
• Pofessional Skills: Production Management / Supply Chain Management / ERP Systems
