Roles & Responsibilities
- Defines and implements the standard Material Flow processes and KPIs in the Raw Material / Semi-Finished Goods / Finished goods warehouses
- Calculates the optimized Kanban quantities by considering: production/customer demand, supplier box quantity, replenishment time, delivery routes, ABC XYZ parameters, etc.
- Defines the appropriate type of Kanban boxes to be used for each material by considering: defined Kanban quantity, material weight, material volume, other specific storage requirements, etc.
- Defines and optimizes the layout and the space requirements for the storage racks in Raw Material / Semi-Finished Goods / Finished goods warehouses: appropriate storage locations based on ergonomically reasons; proper storage conditions based on the supplier requirements; etc.
- Calculates the needed resources for running a lean material flow (incl. workload, no. of personnel, equipment, etc.)
- Calculates the Capex (transport and storage equipment), Headcount and Space needed for the Raw Material / Semi-Finished Goods / Finished goods warehouses
- Prepares and maintains in CAO eKanban the MIN-MAX level calculation for cut wires and preassembly products
- Supports the bundle size definition and technical changes by planning the run in/run out of circuits and sub-assemblies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Level of Education : Engineer / Master's Degree
- Field of Study: Industrial Engineering / Logistics or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of experience is appreciated
- Language : French & English
- IT: Microsoft Office
