Roles & Responsibilities
1) Project management and governance
- Define the project scope (objectives, boundaries, assumptions, constraints) and formalize the project plan.
- Organize and lead the kick-off, the committees (steering, project) and the follow-up rituals.
- Define the milestones, manage the planning and ensure progress monitoring until closure (review/lessons learned).
2) Quality, methodology and deliverables
- Ensure the application of the project methodology (processes, templates, management rules, acceptance criteria).
- Manage the production, review and validation of deliverables (specifications, test plans, minutes, reports, procedures).
- Ensure the collection, analysis and documentation of functional/technical requirements in conjunction with the relevant teams.
3) Risk management, changes
- Identify, qualify and manage risks and action plans (planning, workload, dependencies, quality, suppliers).
- Manage change requests (impacts, arbitrations, decisions) and secure the perimeter.
4) Communication, reporting and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth and structured communication with clients, management and internal teams.
- Produce and distribute progress reports (KPIs, alerts, decisions, roadblocks) and facilitate action plans.
- Coordinate project stakeholders (business, IT, service providers) and facilitate problem-solving.
5) Resources and economic management
- Plan and monitor workload, coordinate cross-functional resources and arbitrate priorities with the relevant managers.
- Monitor the budget and profitability of the project (consumption vs. forecast), alert in case of deviation and propose corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile
Required skills:
Knowledge (knowledge)
- Project management methodologies and governance.
- Principles of planning, workload estimation, risk management and change management.
- Concepts of IT architecture and integration (APIs, flows, environments, testing/deployment)
- Raising awareness of data security and confidentiality requirements.
Expertise (technical and operational skills)
- Build and manage a project schedule, workload plan and dashboard.
- Facilitating workshops, meetings and committees; formalizing minutes and summaries of decisions.
- Produce/review deliverables (specifications, procedures, test plans, minutes) and secure validations.
- Managing escalations, arbitrating, negotiating and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Interpersonal skills (behavioral competencies)
- Leadership, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to synthesize information, customer focus.
- Rigour, autonomy, proactivity and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work across departments, manage tensions and build consensus.
Profile / Education / Experience:
- Education: Bac+4/5 (engineering school, university or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-7 years (adaptable) in project management, ideally on IT projects / application solutions.
- My proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project/Excel)
- Languages: Fluent French; Professional English appreciated depending on client context.

- Respect for milestones and deadlines (On-Time Delivery).
- Mastery of budget and workload (variance between planned and actual).
- Quality of deliverables and compliance rate (acceptance/PV, customer returns, reopenings).
- Customer and stakeholder satisfaction (feedback, incidents, escalations).
- Quality and regularity of reporting, proactive risk management.
