Roles & Responsibilities

Ensures planning of services, goals, capacity, budgets and coordination of specific subjects within the area of responsibility

Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF, ISO14001, etc

Supports creation and release of department internal instructions

Supports and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing processes

Proposes and assesses solutions for deviations and escalates according to defined escalation paths

Ensures the completeness of activities within the RM/ Semi-FG and FG whs.

Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans

Supports the layout definition and the space requirements for the RM/ Semi-FG and FG whs

Ensures management of the technical equipment used in the material handling

Supports the implementation of the internal material flow system

Supports the inbound/outbound truck planning

Organization of prioritized booking and processing of RM based on shortage information

Supports the Stock-take process in the plant

Ensures that safety rules are implemented and respected

Ensures the accuracy of stocks within the warehouse

Desired Candidate Profile

Level of Education : Engineer / Master's Degree

Field of Study: Industrial Engineering / Logistics or equivalent

Experience: 1 year of experience is appreciated

Language : French & English

IT: Microsoft Office

Social competences: Communication, social & intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork

Pofessional Skills: Production Management / Supply Chain Management / ERP Systems
