Job :
The position involves the following tasks:
- Calling prospects who have requested a quote on our website to understand their needs
- Handling incoming phone calls from prospects and clients
- Following up on quote requests (information about the activity, following up with prospects, etc.).
- Adding comments to our Back-Office platform after calling the prospect
- Writing various letters and emails,
- Coordinating course bookings between teachers and students
- Sending invoices to clients and following up on payments
- Managing accounting (justifying bank transactions debit: credit)
- Participating in teacher recruitment (searching for candidates on various websites, posting job offers, and selecting CVs).
- Conducting Skype interviews with candidates (future teachers)
Required profile :
- You have a background in science, business, or economics-management and you master French perfectly in writing and speaking.
- You are a reactive, rigorous, and organized person.
- You have a strong customer focus, enjoy teamwork, and are open-minded.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone in French are mandatory
- Ease of navigating the internet and proficiency in Gmail and Excel are mandatory
- You are eligible for a CIVP contract
