Job Objectives / Responsibilities:
The main mission of the Product Owner is to detail the business requirements for the areas and/or countries for which the PO is responsible (Administrative Management, Payroll, Reporting and Time and Activities for a country, Business Intelligence, self-service) in order to ensure the overall consistency and alignment of the solution with business needs and legal obligations.
The Product Owner is responsible for defining and describing the business scope of the offering with the objective of:
- Addressing the challenges faced by clients and their users,
- Take into account the technical and budgetary constraints of Sopra HR,
- To be included in a plan for bringing the offer to market.
The Product Owner describes the solution, proposes ergonomic elements to meet business expectations and the users' level of expertise, and indicates the limitations and/or constraints of the standard solution.
Job description / Main activities:
- Understanding the subject and needs, research, investigations, interviews with experts/clients
- General description of the subject
- Description of expected features with their priority level
- Definition of uses and data, and possible prototyping of the target solution
- Functional support to R&D and QA teams during the project
- Participation in go-to-market strategy (writing product descriptions, supporting demonstration preparation, assisting the Marketing team in writing communication materials)
- Legal monitoring and analysis of potential impacts
- Monitoring of the product plan, particularly for communication to sales and service teams
