Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Global Program Manager, you will participate in the technical and commercial management of one or more client accounts.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage and monitor your client portfolio: analyze needs and identify variations in demand compared to contractual commitments.
- To relay the specific requirements of clients.
- To ensure that the client's needs are taken into account, as the client's internal representative.
- Ensure the profitability of your client portfolio and manage the associated risks.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, and ensure regular reporting.
- Handle specific customer requests regarding product and process developments, change requests: Manage technical change notices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required qualifications:
- At least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in the EMS or automotive sector, with solid experience in project management, technical operations and/or logistics management
- Advanced negotiation skills, with a proven ability to protect and defend profit margins
- Control of industrial production costs.
- In-depth knowledge of the electronic manufacturing process (EMS) and logistics processes
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness, with a proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Required education and experience:
- Engineering degree (electronics, industrial, etc.) or Master's degree (marketing, international business and management).
- Dual expertise in technical and logistical fields is required for this position.
