Roles & Responsibilities
Head of Industrialization Department
Define, coordinate and implement business methodologies within your scope, in accordance with management guidelines through training and support for your team in its implementation.
To guide and support teams in technical choices in support of Project Managers.
Ensure the implementation of development logics validated with Project Pilots and the quality/maturity of designs produced by the team (approval of documents).
To ensure the accuracy of schedules and quotes in one's field.
To ensure the achievement of the QCDRS (Quality, Cost, Time, Risk, Safety) objectives set by its teams.
Propose Make or Buy recommendations within its scope.
To be responsible for ensuring the workload/capacity/skills balance of one's project team:
- Define, manage and share workload plans (backlog and forecast) with project teams in order to anticipate needs.
- Allocate the resources of your department to the different projects.
- Set up and manage fixed-price intellectual services for Buy activities or to adjust the required capacity.
Capitalize on and develop business expertise in order to increase the excellence of the division and anticipate equipment and skills needs, in a logic of continuous improvement.
Assume hierarchical responsibility for your team by applying the company's leadership model:
- To provide coaching and support to its teams.
- Managing the skills and careers of your employees.
- Organize and lead business meetings and internal communication at an appropriate frequency.
- Conduct development interviews and support the skills development of teams in line with matrix assessments.
- Develop and manage training plans, in accordance with skills development needs and management guidelines.
Manage the administrative tasks of your department (approval of leave, travel authorizations).
Manage recruitment and mobility in collaboration with Human Resources and management.
Contribute to innovation in the profession in collaboration with other disciplines.
Define and share with the teams the vision of the evolution of the profession.
Maintaining the profession at the highest level of state of the art (capitalization, knowledge management, training, methods and tools) in conjunction with the business managers of other entities.
Identify the investment needs required for the evolution of the profession.
Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the resources made available to the teams.
Improve team efficiency by implementing continuous improvement processes and encouraging participatory innovation.
Identify the critical/strategic resources and skills required for the activity.
