Roles & Responsibilities
Methods and Performance Manager, Life Series FH
Participate in and lead lean projects and provide the necessary tools (5S, process charts, flow, VSM, SMED, visual management, online implementation, lean-sigma, One Safran)
Leading/participating in improvement projects (lean-sigma, One Safran, etc.)
Participation in the reclassification of special procedures
Supporting problem-solving via the QRQC method and providing technical expertise to the teams.
To propose improvements in its area of activity (flows, processes, HSE, etc.)
Participate in the transition from the industrialization phase to the series production phase and assist in the risk analysis and definition of new processes phase.
Managing Product/Process Changes within its scope
To manage the team by developing multi-skilling, identifying strategic resources, and promoting continuous improvement and participatory innovation to enhance collective efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Methods Engineer, industrial innovation, Lean, production development in an industrial environment.
