Roles & Responsibilities
1. Control and monitoring of general hygiene:
Inspect the premises regularly (kitchens, restaurants, bedrooms, back-of-house, etc.).
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000 or other applicable standards.
Follow the cleaning and disinfection plans of the different departments.
2. Food security:
Perform temperature checks (storage, cooking, cooling).
Check product traceability and compliance with expiration dates/best before dates.
Ensure compliance with good food handling practices.
3. Staff training and awareness:
Train teams on personal and professional hygiene standards.
Raising awareness of health risks and cleaning procedures.
Organize regular refresher sessions.
4. Cleaning product management:
Desired Candidate Profile
In-depth knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
- Keen observation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, quality tools, etc.).
- Discretion, professionalism and attention to detail
