Roles & Responsibilities
General Mission: Reporting to the DMT (Data Management Team), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the intellectual property data production chains used in our products. You will ensure the delivery of customer data flows while respecting critical time and volume constraints.
Main Activities:
Production Management: Supervise and control more than 350 processes daily via the Opcon scheduler .
Technical Maintenance: Create, maintain and optimize operational scripts in Bash and Python integrating developers' Java code.
Incident Management: Diagnose malfunctions, perform palliative maintenance and ensure the investigation of problems.
Coordination: Communicate operational constraints to development teams in advance and interact with clients and suppliers via email.
Deliverables: Ensure the export of data in specific formats (ST36, ST86) and respect delivery schedules.
Desired Profile:
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in system operations or administration.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Linux, SQL (Mysql), scripting (Bash/Python) and virtualization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
Soft skills: Rigor, proactivity, professional ethics and the ability to switch quickly between different tasks.
Languages: Technical English essential.
Data Operations Specialist
Core Mission: As part of the Data Management Team (DMT), you will be responsible for operating and monitoring numerous data production jobs and tasks. The main challenge is to ensure that large volumes of complex data are processed and delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Orchestration & Monitoring:Daily supervision of 350+ scheduled processes using the OpCon tool.
Technical Operations:Adapt and maintain Bash and Python scripts to integrate ETL processes and other data processing jobs.
Incident Management:Provide corrective maintenance and proactive troubleshooting for production issues.
Stakeholder Communication:Interface with data providers and data delivery clients, coordinate with the infrastructure support team when needed.
Data Delivery:Manage data exports while strictly adhering to delivery schedules.
Shared On-Call Duties:Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation with other operators to provide production support and interventions outside of normal working hours, including weekends.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:2 to 5 years in System Administration or Data Operations.
Technical Stack:Strong command of Linux environments, MySQL databases, and data transfer/communication protocols (SSH, FTP, etc.).
Skills:Proficiency in Bash and shell scripting is required. Knowledge of Python scripting, Git pipelines, orchestration tools (OpCon, Stonebranch, etc.), S3 storage, and Docker is a plus.
Soft Skills:Rigorous, methodical, communicative, and proactive.
Language:Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory.
