Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of IP data migration and platform integration projects, from scoping through go-live.
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and risk registers across concurrent workstreams.
  • Coordinate daily across France, Tunisia, India, and US-based teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and dependencies.
  • Run client-facing status calls and produce structured written updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project ceremonies, track capacity across teams, and escalate blockers early.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation, process artefacts, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Monitor project health using defined KPIs and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, retrospective analysis, and operating model refinement.
  • Contribute to capacity planning and sprint forecasting across the integration backlog.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 6 years of project management experience in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
  • Proven track record managing data or platform migration projects end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English, French.
  • Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project and documentation tooling.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear client-facing language.

Desired Candidate Profile
