Roles & Responsibilities

Act as process consultant to analyze, design and implement divisional business requirements

Participate in cross-module support and projects globally

Assist in defining and streamlining business processes

Work with key users and department heads on requirements gathering

Perform SIGIP-ERP configuration changes as part of the change management process

Document ERP business processes and configuration changes

Perform functional testing and support user approval testing

Define and document training material and carry out user training

Maintain documentation associated with SIGIP ERP processes

Prepare status reports and briefings for management

Provide quality first, third level SIGIP support for IT service ticket resolution

Desired Candidate Profile

SIGIP analyst experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

Relevant ERP configuration experience.

Experience in leading small-size and mid-size projects .

Comprehensive analytical and troubleshooting experience

Strong organizational skills

Very good English language skills, German language desired but not required

VCM experience desired.
