Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the 24/7 team dedicated to monitoring and service continuity, you will be responsible for:
- monitoring of automated processing via the Dollar Universe tool ($U) ;
- infrastructure monitoring via Zabbix ( incidents, resources, thresholds);
- handling of HNO (Out of Working Hours) alerts and the initial technical analysis ;
- of the opening and escalation of incidents in connection with the HO (Working Hours) teams or application experts;
- management and transmission of instructions through ticketing and documentation tools;
- analysis of exchange files (SFTP, logs) between the different components of the IS (Red Hat Linux, Oracle databases...);
- continuous improvement of documentation and internal procedures.
- Shift work (24/7 rotation): mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays included

Systems : Linux (Red Hat)
- Supervision : Zabbix
- Automation : Dollar Universe
- File transfers : SFTP, CFT, batches, logs
- Databases : Oracle SQL
