Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Participation in the maintenance and evolution of the messaging platforms, both Exchange Online and Exchange SE.
• Participation in email migrations related to mergers/acquisitions
• Intervention on the analysis, remediation and filtering of phishing and ransomware messages
• Level 3 support to assist users and projects
• VIP support for requests related to messaging tools
• Participation in technological monitoring of the functionalities of Microsoft tools in order to propose new uses of these tools within the group

Desired Candidate Profile

You have an engineering degree or university degree in computer science. You have 5 years of experience in the Exchange environment and are proficient in scripting.

You have experience in supporting French VIPs.

Knowledge of both Exchange SE and Exchange online in a hybrid environment is a plus.

You have strong analytical and diagnostic skills. You are proactive, enjoy challenges, and thrive in a multicultural environment.

You are fluent in English (written and spoken) in order to communicate daily with a team distributed between France, England, Spain, Belgium and India.
