Roles & Responsibilities
Mission: Implementation of orders for new parts requested. Ensure compliance of measurements and transmit them for processing. Search for quotes from suppliers. Ensure order follow-up according to a 3-step process (order acknowledgment/compliance of delivery date monthly/shipment). Report difficulties: blockages, anomalies, lost parts, non-receipt, non-compliant delivery, technical problems. Maintain good relations with suppliers by attending regular meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma Bac+3 in mechanical engineering, industrial methods, or logistics
- Skills in process management and continuous improvement.
- Good command of computer tools
- Sense of organization, Autonomy, ability to share blocking points, synthesis skills
- Team spirit and good communication skills.
- Good command of French and English, both spoken and written.
