Experience: 5-7 years of technical and sales experience, ideally in the construction chemicals or technical industrial supply sector. Sector expertise: In-depth knowledge of regulatory, hygiene, and safety requirements specific to the Food & Beverage (HACCP standards, chemical resistance) and Oil & Gas (ATEX standards, harsh environments) industries. Technical skills: Mastery of complex B2B sales techniques (long sales cycles, technical/engineering contacts) and the fundamentals of international trade (Incoterms, regional road/sea logistics). Soft skills: Strong autonomy, resilience, intercultural adaptability, keen diplomacy, and excellent stress management in a complex industrial environment. Languages: Fluent French and Arabic (proficiency in Tunisian and Libyan Arabic is essential for fieldwork). Technical English required for communication with multinational companies and specification grids.
