Description of the position Within a Salesforce team currently being structured, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer H/F on a permanent contract, based in Tunis. You will join a team where you will be responsible for proposing solutions, challenging technical choices, and actively contributing to the evolution of our Salesforce environment. Your missions: Salesforce Development & Configuration: Design, develop, and evolve Salesforce solutions in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Ensure the maintenance of existing Visualforce developments when necessary and perform advanced platform configuration (objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, security, and data models). Quality & Best Practices: Develop robust, maintainable, and secure code by applying Salesforce best practices. Design Apex unit tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development quality. Integrations & IS: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the information system applications (ERP, HubSpot, APIs, and other third-party tools), ensuring the reliability of exchanges, data quality, and solution performance. Collaboration & Delivery: Use Git for source code management, contribute to deployments, and participate in improving development and delivery practices. Ensure rigorous tracking of your developments via Jira. Business Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Data, IT, and third-party teams to understand their needs, challenge them when relevant, and design appropriate solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
And if it were you! You have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and are capable of independently handling development, configuration, and integration topics in a demanding business environment. You master Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as the main Salesforce platform mechanisms (Flows, security, data models, objects, automations). You are committed to producing quality code and naturally apply development best practices: unit tests, maintainability, security, documentation, and source code management via Git. You are comfortable with API integrations and understand the challenges related to data exchanges between Salesforce and other information system applications. Beyond the technical skills, we are looking for a curious, autonomous, and proactive person, capable of understanding business challenges, challenging solutions when necessary, and working closely with various stakeholders. You enjoy solving problems, taking a step back, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of practices and implemented solutions. This position will allow you to participate in the structuring of the Group's Salesforce ecosystem, in close collaboration with the Salesforce Tech Lead and the business teams.
