Ensure the quality of supplied and purchased products. Oversee the proper application of the supplier non-conformity handling process. Provide support to the IQF and Receiving Control teams. Validate the control ranges for supplied products. Monitor supplier performance. Guarantee compliance with the alert process in case of suspected counterfeiting. Conduct surveillance and reactive audits at suppliers, if applicable. Participate in the continuous improvement of the organization. Participate in internal monitoring of the QMS. Coach the IQF and Receiving Control team on problem-solving and monitoring indicators.
