As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Professional to join our team in Tunisia. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role as our company grows.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment efforts, particularly for roles in the IT and digital asset sectors.
• Manage employee relations and provide HR support to a global and diverse team.
• Oversee HR administration tasks, ensuring compliance with Tunisian labor laws and industry best practices.
• Facilitate onboarding of independent contractors during the company’s initial setup phase.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with our company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – this is essential.
• A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to multitask effectively.
