Process / Manufacturing Engineer
We have an opportunity for a Proces / Manufacturing Engineer to join us at Honeywell in NABEUL, TUN. To be successful in this role, you need to have at least 5+ years of experience of process excellence engineering within an international company, strong knowledge of MM SAP and proficiency with English and French.

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (PIP®), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The intent of We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve
efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and APQP methodologies.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and validate processes through FMEA,
SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to resolve
technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and other relevant industry standards.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and improve workplace
organization using 5S and Kaizen.
• Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and production
KPIs.
• Identify and eliminate risks related to safety, ergonomics, and process
failures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing
engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related
field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience in textile or mechanical manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause
Analysis (RCA).
• Proficiency in SAP (PP, MM, QM modules) and familiarity with CAD software
(AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Ability to analyze production data and implement structured continuous
improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and leadership
capabilities.
