As Blueclip, we started our journey to bring the most creative minds and the know-how together to deliver great works. Our current search is for a Social Media Manager focusing on Instagram strategies for our partner who is a Multi-Channel Production Company.
What will you Do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Instagram strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Plan, create, and schedule compelling content, including posts, Stories, Reels, and IG Live, aligned with brand guidelines and goals.
- Analyze and report on Instagram metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions) to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve and bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and consistent content.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly, fostering community interaction.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English and French.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on Instagram (portfolio or case studies preferred).
- Deep understanding of Instagram’s algorithms, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content creation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
