Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects to improve the Supply Chain Management process within Safran
Establish a baseline assessment, identify the need, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Evaluate the budget and resources required for the project/action plan, taking into account Safran standards and regulatory and budgetary constraints.
Validate the six project packages beforehand to secure end-user buy-in.
Coordinate the project team and lead the project steering committee meetings
Formalize and implement standards and conduct appropriate training to ensure the sustainability of the results achieved.
Validate project milestones with the Supply Chain project manager, ensure regular progress reporting to stakeholders, and guarantee project completion.
Encourage and coordinate the deployment of good practices implemented in all operational units.
Prepare and deliver training sessions on supply chain topics in line with training plans.
Participate in the deployment of Lean concepts within the Supply Chain teams
Supporting the UOs to converge towards One Safran
Supporting Business Units towards sustainable development: migration to SAP, use of LeanDNA
Providing methodological support in Safran Supply Chain projects
